Josh Blaise - Lead developer and CTO Blockchain developer and one of the co-founders of the Merchants of Near Guild. He and his team have built many dApps on Solana and Near blockchain.

Venture - Full stack developer 8 years of experience with Software (web and app) development and 3 years of Blockchain Space. As a creative & passionate developer and fast learner with detail and high quality, he is always trying to improve development and communication processes.

Matrix - Full stack developer A full-stack senior developer with 6 years of experience as a web2 dev and 4years+ in blockchain industry, a typescript and javascript beast. He has tons of experience as a dev working for Fintech companies as a remote developer, and also a freelancer working on Fiverr and Upwork. A Defi and NFTs enthusiast.

Emrld - UI / UX designer His career as a visual and UI/UX designer spans five years, with a significant portion of that time spent specializing in web 3. Throughout his professional journey, he has maintained a steadfast dedication to hard work and a passion for continuous self-improvement to create visual solutions.

Potcholo - Artist and graphic designer An NFT artist and graphic designer from 2021, launched multiple collections on Near and has worked with several Solana NFT projects. His experience and expertise helped Softchain Labs to create beautiful Gen0 Monkes.
